Junior CollegesOffices of PhysiciansNursing Care Facilities (Skilled Nursing Facilities)Specialty (except Psychiatric and Substance Abuse) HospitalsFacilities Support ServicesWe are seeking a Contract Clinical Trial Associate.Location: Central New Jersey (Basking Ridge area) Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)Rate: $45-55/hrSchedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)Duration: 6-month contract with strong potential for extensionResponsibilities:Support CTMs with study start-up, maintenance, and closeout activitiesAssist with site feasibility, selection, and initiationReview and track essential documents for site activation and patient enrollmentPrepare meeting minutes, manage action items, and follow up on deliverablesReview vendor invoices and reconcile against study budgetsTrack vendor payments and support budget oversightCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support study executionEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements and company SOPsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of clinical research support experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related environmentEarly phase and/or start up experience, as well as TMF experienceSkills & Knowledge:Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelinesFamiliarity with clinical trial study documentsProficiency with Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication and skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively, as required, in a fast-paced, matrixed, team environment consisting of internal and external team membersAnalytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesExcellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projectsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant life science or healthcare disciplineIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
