Candidates should have the technical chops to be able to discuss details with engineers and developers; patent litigation case management experience including driving contentions, Markman, and written and oral fact and expert discovery; and the confidence to interact with well‐known giants in the tech world. Applicants should have a degree in technology‐related engineering, applied physics or mathematics, computer science, or equivalent experience, and a law degree from an ABA‐accredited law school.
