In summary : Contract : Full-time Start Date : Asap / September 2026Location : European UnionCompensation depends on profile The company: A fast-growing European fintech specialising in the digitalisation of trade finance instruments (bank guarantees & sureties) is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive its expansion across Central and Eastern Europe - 100% remote, based anywhere in the EU.Your responsibilities will include:Business Development & Pipeline ManagementIdentify, approach and win new clients - primarily large corporates, banks, insurers and financial institutions - across European markets.Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, events and structured prospecting.Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences and client meetings across Europe.Consultative Selling & Stakeholder EngagementLead in-depth discovery conversations to understand client-specific business, treasury, trade finance and IT processes.Translate platform capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to each client.Present to and engage with senior decision-makers across business, treasury, operations and IT functions.Internal Collaboration & ReportingCoordinate with Product, Tech and Customer Success teams to build competitive proposals.Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts and client data in Salesforce.Share market intelligence and client feedback to inform commercial strategy.What they can offer:100% remote work within the EU, with flexible and self-managed working hours.Full-time or part-time engagement (min. 30h/week).Workation-friendly culture: work from different locations across Europe.High autonomy, flat hierarchies and direct reporting to senior management.A key role in a rapidly scaling, internationally recognised fintech backed by a major European financial infrastructure group.The profile they're looking for:EU resident, with several years of B2B sales experience in trade finance, banking, insurance, treasury or related SaaS environments.Proven track record in new business development: prospecting, pipeline building and closing complex deals in corporate or financial-sector environments.Near-native Polish, Czech or Slovak (min. C1) - mandatory; fluent business English required (min.
