The successful candidate will be responsible for driving transformation within the finance organization, overseeing both GAAP and IFRS reporting, managing audits, and strengthening internal controls. This executive will also play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management. Additionally, the role involves leading process improvement and systems enhancement initiatives, building a high-performing team, and maintaining close engagement with regulators, investors, and senior leadership.Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role at a publicly traded company. A CPA license is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and GAAP, as well as a proven track record of scaling accounting functions in dynamic environments.
