As a FOH Supervisor, you will manage and direct the daily Mess Attendant Services to provide quality customer service and maintain the sanitary and food safety conditions. Dining Supervisor will oversee the dining services operations of a medium to large volume Mess Hall and ensure Contract Statement Of Work (SOW) requirements are met. Dining Supervisor will manage a team of mess hall attendants and be responsible for the overall service in the main dining room as well as special functions. Dining Supervisor responsible for the day-to-day activities of employees as and assigns responsibility for specific work or functional activities as directed by the Dining Manager and/or General Manager.
