We are looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) who is passionate about helping children thrive and wants to be part of a supportive, mission-driven ABA team.Role Summary:As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. Your work directly contributes to meaningful skill development and improved quality of life for the families we serve.What Success Looks Like in This Role:Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and familiesConsistently implementing behavior intervention plans with accuracy and careActively supporting client progress and celebrating small winsCommunicating clearly with supervisors and collaborating with the clinical teamDemonstrating professionalism, empathy, and reliability in all interactionsCollecting accurate data and writing thoughtful session notes that help the team see the full picture of each child’s growth and progressHow This Role Fits into Our Organization:Behavior Technicians are the heart of our clinical services.
