You will serve as the primary liaison between the Round Rock shop and other teams within the Ovivo corporate organization. In this role, you will ensure the site meets all regulatory requirements. This is a hands‑on supervisory position, with your time divided between working on the shop floor and performing office-related duties.The role is based at our shop located in Round Rock, Texas. It also means combining our efforts and talents towards a more sustainable future - together.What is the role?Accountable for production at the Round Rock shopCharged with overseeing personnel, organizational structure, and performance at the Round Rock shopTasked with meeting regulatory requirements at the Round Rock shopResponsible for the maintenance of the Round Rock shop and its equipmentIn charge of managing the Round Rock shop budgetOther duties as assignedDoes this sound like you?High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; additional technical training preferredKnowledge of welding, fabrication, and assembly techniques pertaining to structural steelExpertise in production of fabricated and assembled equipment produced at Round Rock shopProficiency in materials controlSubject matter knowledge in QC and safety proceduresCompetence in Regulatory IssuesHands on self-starter capable of working with minimal supervisionPrior experience with Syteline or other ERP systems is a plusMust have good communication skills with both team members, vendors and customersAbility to lift up to 30LBS, walk, climb and use various equipmentDon't meet every single requirement?
