PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – VaaN SolutionsLocation: Austin (Georgetown), Texas (on-site)Employment Type: Full-TimeReports To: President Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly capable and organized Production Supervisor to assist in the development and ongoing leadership of the onsite production team in our brand-new Georgetown Texas facility. This role supports all aspects of production; manufacturing and assembly, shipping and receiving, inventory, and the overall integrity of mission critical solutions like the HyphaONE Mini. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise production team to ensure that all employees work to acceptable quality, productivity, and safety levels that align with the company’s overall goals. Oversee all aspects of procuring, shipping, receiving and inventorying of goods.Maintain warehouse floor safety, quality, inventory, and finished goods that meet company standards. Develop assembly line mechanisms and processes for production efficiency. Create and maintain production support documents, providing regular updates to include inventory tracking, time control, key performance indicators, production reports, training procedures and records. Effectively utilize ERP system to maintain inventory levels/activity (CIN7). Instill high standards for a clean/neat work area and meet 5S standards. Conduct regular inventory counts with appropriate post cycle count reconciliation. Oversee and manage lean inventory levels as required throughout warehouse. Promote high morale, teamwork, and a positive work environment. Create and maintain adequate training programs to ensure employee success.Conduct ongoing coaching and development to address performance improvement and opportunities for growth. Provide annual employee evaluations that reflect performance, growth opportunities and career path. Core Skills & Experience·        Degree in Manufacturing, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.·        Minimum 8 years’ experience in product manufacturing, with 5 years’ experience Managing/Supervising production teams. ·        Strong understanding of technical components –routers, satellites and power management systems. ·        Proficient working with vehicle low-voltage DC systems, wiring, and test equipment (multimeters, crimping tools, etc.).·        Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and explain technical processes clearly.·        Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high standard of workmanship. Desirable / Bonus Skills·        Familiarity with ERP Systems and inventory count procedures.·        Experience with shipping and receiving logistics, particularly with international senders.
