We are on a hyper-growth trajectory with ambitious goals.The RoleThe Manager of Revenue Operations will be the key figure aligning sales, marketing, & finance teams to our shared GTM/revenue growth plans. This role will build the operational foundation that allows Empact to scale revenues efficiently.ResponsibilitiesGTM ArchitectureBuild & support the end-to-end revenue process — from lead capture through closed-won and post-sale processing and hand-offDefine pipeline stages, lead scoring, routing logic, and qualification criteria in close collaboration with sales and marketing leadershipBuild the systems that create visibility and predictability in revenueHubSpot PlatformArchitect and scale Empact's entire HubSpot operation across Marketing Hub and Sales HubOwn the technical configuration, data integrity, integrations, and ongoing optimization of HubSpotEnsure the platform reflects the GTM processRevenue Analytics & ReportingBuild and maintain the dashboards and reports that leadership relies on to make decisionsOwn core revenue metrics: pipeline velocity, conversion rates, CAC, win/loss analysis, attribution, among other key metricsSurface insights proactively — identify where revenue is leaking or opportunities missed before it becomes a patternSales & Marketing AlignmentCreate the shared definitions, SLAs, and feedback loops that keep sales and marketing moving forwardAct as the connective tissue between both teams — translating between strategy and executionHold both teams accountable to the deal-making processDeal Making & ProcessingAssist in developing pricing & packaging for our productsDevelop and maintain our SKU creation processSupport sales team in the deal-arrangement process to optimize offers to potential customersEnsure data that is needed downstream is captured and processed at the point of close.What We’re Looking ForRequired5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing OperationsHands-on HubSpot experience — you have built or rebuilt a HubSpot instance from the ground upBonus: hands-on experience leading a CRM migration — particularly HubSpot to SalesforceAbility to understand, design, and implement GTM processesComfort working with ambiguity and without a large team behind youStrong analytical skills — you live in data and can communicate what it meansExperience at a company in a meaningful growth phase ($5M–$50M ARR range)Meaningfully adopted AI in everyday workExperience working with customer contracts and interpreting billing termsStrong attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, problem-solving mindsetStrong DifferentiatorsYou have led a CRM migration or stood up RevOps infrastructure from scratchYou can articulate why you made specific architectural choicesYou have collaborated and influenced sales and marketing leadersWhy Join EmpactHigh-growth trajectoryRemote-first culture: 100% remote team with periodic in-person offsites for collaboration and strategy.Competitive compensation, equity participation, and full benefits including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)PTO - 10 Company Holidays & 1 Flex HolidayRemote work stipend
