You can work from home and be located anywhere in NAAbout The Team/roleAs the Manager of Business Consulting, you will lead a team of Business Consultants, working intandem with the sales organization to focus on all activities that will ensure target sales achievementand total customer satisfaction.You will l ead the charge in architecting value-driven solutions by managing an elite team of Pre-Sales Business Consultants dedicated to winning market share and securing long-term customer success. You will act as the bridge between technical mastery and commercial strategy, ensuring every sales motion is backed by deep business insight and flawless execution.What you will do Lead a team of Business Consultants in North America, who partner with our sales team toprovide demo support. Act as a resource to Business Consultants and provides mentorship and coaching. Build expertise in the Kinaxis Maestro solution to be able to effectively showcase its value andimpact for customers and to support your team in delivering customer presentations anddemos. Where necessary create and deliver supplementary presentation materials in support ofcustomer-specific demonstrations. Assist in identifying the customer’s needs and key stakeholders in the purchase decision-makingprocess. Consistently follow the sales process which includes ensuring that key deliverables aredelivered. Proactively provide effective feedback to product management on product gaps andimprovement areasWhat we are looking for Minimum 7-10 years of supply chain management and consulting and/or enterprise pre-salesexperience and domain expertise in one or more of the 5 key industries served (Automotive,High-Tech, Pharma/Lifesciences, Aerospace and Defense, CPG) Desired 4+ years direct or indirect experience managing a team. Strong knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, industry best practices, and available solutionsin the SCM / ERP space. Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, supply chain, computer science or processengineering. Graduate degree (MBA or MS) preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the value of supply chainmanagement solutions through compelling presentations. Experience in developing andpresenting concise point of views to convey the value of technology solutions and services. Adaptable with strong sense of initiative Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment Consultative sales savvy – appropriately position software capabilities and interact across alllevels of the internal and external organizations.
