A company is looking for a Support Services Engineer for an ongoing contract opportunity that will be 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
Support Azure IaaS environments including VM provisioning, storage, networking, and policy management
Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, focusing on patching, performance tuning, and diagnostics
Build automation using PowerShell and manage device configuration through Endpoint Manager / Intune
Required Qualifications
Experience with Azure IaaS environments
Proficient in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
Knowledge of PowerShell for automation tasks
Experience with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics for creating dashboards and alerts
Familiarity with identity operations in Azure AD / Entra ID
