You will bridge the gap between our digital operations, including ERP entry and bookkeeping and our physical tasks, such as inventory and light assembly, to ensure our facility meets its production goals. Don't just find a job, build a career with a company that grows when you doPrimary Responsibilities Include:Utilize ERP systems and basic accounting softwareAccurately enter sales orders and purchase orders into the company ERP systemPerform daily bookkeeping tasks and manage employee receipts and per diem processingBook freight and coordinate with shipping partners for incoming and outgoing goodsAct as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies and manage general office communications (phone/email)Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with digital recordsProvide hands-on support with light assembly work and production tasks during peak periods or as neededOther duties as assignedSuccessful Candidates Must Have:2+ years of bookkeeping experience is requiredProficiency with ERP systems and basic accounting softwareA strong professional presence for handling customer and vendor inquiriesPrevious experience in administrative, logistics, or operations support is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to transition from a desk environment to a warehouse/production floor throughout the day based on company needsAbility to be on your feet or walk for periods throughout your shiftAbility to perform light assembly tasks with accuracy and careA desire to grow with our companyWhat We Offer:Health Insurance Options401KThirteen Paid Holidays AnnuallyPTO 15 days
