Job Description Position OverviewOur organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Child Psychiatrist to join our team in a role focused on the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for:Conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations.Managing medication regimens for patients.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to create and implement personalized treatment plans.Supporting patient stability and recovery throughout their treatment journey.Compensation and BenefitsThe starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, which is influenced by the candidate's experience and faculty rank. Please note that this figure does not encompass variable compensation or additional productivity bonuses, and it is subject to the specific compensation policies of the department.
