Job Opportunity: Adult PsychiatristOur organization is looking for a Board Eligible or Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist to become a part of our team at the Behavioral Medicine Center within the Department of Psychiatry.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct inpatient rounds and address acute psychiatric conditions, either independently or in collaboration with residents and/or nurse practitioners.Respond to calls and provide support to psychiatric residents in managing cases.Work alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.Offer supervision or consultation to residents and/or nurse practitioners when they are present.Responsibilities may be carried out independently or in partnership with Nurse Practitioners, and in a training environment, may involve working with residents and/or students when available.What We ProvideAcademic appointment and teaching opportunities through our affiliated medical school.A nurturing and mission-focused environment that prioritizes whole-person care.Access to an extensive network of specialists across various disciplines at a prominent faith-based academic medical center.Opportunities for leadership development and program expansion.Attractive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.About the LocationThe area is recognized as the only Blue Zone in the United States, offering a family-friendly atmosphere with a strong community focus on health and wellness. Faculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programs.Compensation & BenefitsThe starting base compensation for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on years of experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation plans.
