Looking for a highly motivated and strategic-minded Accounts Solutions Director. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key strategic accounts, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet client needs, and driving long-term business success. The role combines account management, business development, and deep understanding of client goals to drive value and satisfaction through customized solutions.This position requires a strong blend of analytical skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking to deliver insights that optimize performance, improve customer satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that key accounts are well supported.REQUIREMENTS & SKILLSBachelor’s degree10+ years of experience in key account management, preferably with a focus on strategic or enterprise accountsPrevious sales experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to lead beyond direct reporting linesStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on business impactAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with strategic account management processes and methodologiesExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookAble to travel up to 20% RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Planning & Account Management: Partner with the Solutions team to develop and implement joint business plans to drive growth and retention for each client. Regularly review account performance, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address challengesCollaborate with internal teams to develop and propose customized solutions that address client pain points, enhance operational efficiency, and drive growthClient Retention & Growth:Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and engagement to retain accounts and foster long-term relationshipsProject Management:Lead and coordinate the delivery of solutions, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfactionData Analysis & Reporting:Lead the development and execution of data analysis and reporting strategies for strategic accountsCreate and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and actionable insights to measure the effectiveness of initiativesConduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, trends, and performance to guide strategic recommendations and inform joint business plansCustomer Insights:Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for revenue growth, retention, and improved satisfaction for strategic accountsProvide insights into customer segmentation and solution engagement by clinicians to help tailor recommendationsMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies
