MAB is a member of the International Schools Partnership (ISP), a consortium of high performing international schools located across the globe.Purpose of the role As the first point of contact for our school, you will set the tone for our community by delivering exceptional customer service to parents and visitors. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires a proactive multitasker who can easily adapt to shifting daily needs while supporting students who visit the front desk.ISP Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, relay messages promptly, and manage ongoing email correspondence with parents. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily attendance reports and systematically audit and update permanent student files. Document Preparation: Draft, type, and edit letters, memos, and reports utilizing Microsoft Office suite. Visitor Management: Greet and check in visitors, issue passes, and strictly uphold school safeguarding policies. Student Coordination: Manage student check-ins/check-outs and process early dismissal requests. Event Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating school activities, programs, and special events. Facility Upkeep: Maintain a welcoming school environment by managing the lost-and-found, tidying common areas, and spot-cleaning as needed. Required QualificationsSkills, Qualifications and ExperienceExceptional written communication skills in English. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite. Preferred QualificationsAdvanced time management and organizational skills. Current First Aid and CPR certification. Previous experience working with children across all age levels. Physical Requirements: The usual and customary methods of performing the job’s functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling.
