Senior Program / Project Manager (P&C Insurance / Financial Services | AI & Digital Transformation)
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager with deep expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance or Financial Services, combined with strong technical acumen. This role will lead strategic, cross-functional programs, including AI/ML and data-driven initiatives, delivering measurable business impact. Must-Have Requirements 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience in enterprise environments Strong domain expertise in P&C Insurance and/or Financial Services Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex programs Strong exposure to AI / Machine Learning / Data-driven initiatives Technical understanding of IT systems, data platforms, system integration Business expertise in operations, underwriting, claims, finance processes Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills Must be based in or near New Jersey Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program/project delivery (initiation to closure) Drive AI-enabled transformation (automation, analytics, decision intelligence) Manage cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams Oversee budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and governance Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Deliver executive dashboards, reports, and presentations Ensure alignment with core insurance processes: Claims, Underwriting, Policy Admin, Finance Manage delivery using Agile / Scrum / Waterfall / Hybrid models Nice-to-Have PMP / PgMP / Agile certifications Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data/analytics tools Exposure to digital transformation / modernization programs Prior experience with large insurance organizations (e.g., enterprise carriers)
