This role will manage end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder communication, Agile execution, and alignment between business and IT teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead IT projects covering scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliveryCoordinate cross-functional teams including Dev, QA, Business, Data, and VendorsManage Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, reviewsReview requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaTranslate business needs into technical deliverablesProvide regular project status updates to leadershipSupport testing, UAT, and production readinessDrive continuous improvement in delivery processesRequired Skills8+ years of IT Project Management experienceStrong Insurance / Brokerage industry experienceKnowledge of policy administration, underwriting, claims, quoting, renewalsExperience leading Agile / SDLC projectsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work onsite in Midtown NYC 3 days/weekPreferredExperience with insurance platforms / CRM / policy systemsPrior Product Owner / Business Analyst experienceProperty Insurance background preferredPMP / Scrum certifications a plus
