This is a hands-on technical leadership role not people management focused on designing, building, and delivering scalable, cloud-native applications using Python on the AWS stack.The ideal candidate is an exceptional full stack engineer with deep expertise in Python development and AWS cloud services, plus strong skills in APIs, distributed systems, and modern web technologies. You're the engineer others turn to for the toughest challenges, architecture decisions, and raising the engineering bar.What You'll DoLead design and development of cloud-native applications using Python and AWS.Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.Leverage AWS serverless and container-based technologies for scalable solutions.Drive architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices.Mentor engineers via code reviews, design reviews, and pair programming.Partner with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of production issues.Champion Agile practices and engineering excellence.Required Qualifications10+ years of software engineering experience.5+ years developing enterprise applications in Python.5+ years designing and building applications onAWS.Proven Technical Lead / Lead Engineer experience on large initiatives.Strong background in distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.Excellent communication skills.Nice to HavePayment Integrity experience within healthcare.
