Description Nurse Clinical Manager - Stuart, FloridaActiva Home Health, an AccordCare Company, is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to lead clinical operations in our Stuart office. This is a high-impact leadership role for a Medicare home health professional with strong OASIS, case management, compliance, and team support experience.This primarily in-office position includes clinical oversight, admissions coordination, staff mentorship, quality assurance, and field support.
