This is a highly visible role supporting finance leadership and cross-functional teams across operations and production.This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, systems-oriented, and enjoys transforming raw ERP data into meaningful business insights. The company is looking for someone with a strong data and reporting mindset rather than a purely accounting-focused background.The organization has robust ERP data available, but reporting capabilities are currently underutilized. This role will help bridge the gap between systems and finance by improving reporting, identifying profitability trends, and supporting operational decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Data & Systems AnalysisExtract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from ERP systemsClean and structure complex or underutilized data into actionable reportingBuild and enhance reporting related to:MarginsProduct profitabilityCustomer profitabilityOperational performance metricsCost Accounting & Operational AnalysisSupport product costing and variance analysis (standard vs. actual costs)Analyze COGS and inventory activity to identify cost-saving opportunitiesAssist in developing and improving cost models to enhance gross marginsFP&A & Financial ReportingAssist with budgeting and forecasting processesPrepare financial reporting and performance analysisProvide financial insights to support strategic business decisionsCross-Functional PartnershipPartner with operations, purchasing, and production teamsSupport pricing analysis, capital investment evaluations, and process improvement initiativesQualifications:2–3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business analysisStrong ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)Advanced Excel skillsExperience with data extraction, reporting, and analysisPreferred Qualifications:Manufacturing industry experienceExposure to cost accountingExperience improving or building reporting from imperfect or incomplete datasets
