Parts Sales SpecialistWe are partnering with a well-established and growing company in the equipment/agriculture/industrial sector seeking a Parts Sales Specialist to join their team. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and driving sales growth through parts and service support.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers (in-person, phone, and online) with parts identification, availability, and pricingGenerate and process parts orders, quotes, and invoicesMaintain strong relationships with new and existing customersProvide technical guidance on parts and equipment when neededManage inventory levels, stock orders, and merchandising of parts departmentWork closely with service and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillmentIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenueQualifications2+ years of experience in parts sales, inside sales, or a related roleIndustry experience in agriculture, heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial parts preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsMechanical aptitude or technical knowledge highly preferredAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with computer systems and inventory softwareWhat's in It for YouCompetitive base salary + commission/bonus potentialFull benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)Stable, team-oriented work environmentOpportunities for growth and advancementThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being a trusted resource for customers while contributing directly to business success.
