Premise Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Premises Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various telecommunication systems and equipment at our premises. Duties - Install and configure network equipment such as Cisco routers and Ethernet switches - Conduct mechanical installations and repairs as needed - Perform low voltage wiring and terminations - Splice fiber optic cables and ensure proper connections - Test electrical circuits using an ohmmeter - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telecommunication systems - Assist with telephone system installations and maintenance Experience - Prior experience in network installation and maintenance - Knowledge of mechanical systems and operations - Familiarity with Ethernet, Cisco routers, and telecommunication protocols - Experience with low voltage wiring and electrical systems - Ability to perform fiber splicing and maintain fiber optic connections If you have a passion for telecommunications technology, possess the required skills, and are looking to grow your career in a dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply for the Premises Technician position.
