As a Consultant, Environmental Compliance in Scottsdale, AZ, you’ll be at the forefront of helping clients navigate evolving environmental requirements, ensuring their operations are safe, sustainable, and future-ready.What Your Impact IsServe as a trusted advisor to clients on multi-media environmental compliance, including air quality, water/wastewater, stormwater, hazardous materials, and waste programs.Lead environmental assessments and audits, driving actionable improvements that reduce risk and enhance sustainability.Develop and implement compliance strategies and management systems that set industry benchmarks.Partner with ERM’s global network of experts to deliver innovative solutions for local and multinational clients.What You’ll BringRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.2+ years of experience in environmental permitting, compliance audits, and regulatory coordination.Strong knowledge of Arizona Department of Environmental Quality requirements and applicable programs (CAA, RCRA, NPDES, CWA SPCC, EPCRA).Ability to manage multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work at customer sites.Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
