Role: Business Analyst (Insurance)Duration: 14 MonthsLocation : TexasJob Description:We’re hiring a Business Analyst with strong Reinsurance domain expertise to support a leading Reinsurance Administration platform covering the full lifecycle of Underwriting, Claims, and Accounting.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and UI requirements• Analyze and document “as-is” and “to-be” business processes using Microsoft Visio• Act as a bridge between Business and IT teams• Collaborate across teams to define integration and cross-functional requirements• Support QA, UAT, and defect resolution activities• Manage and prioritize enhancement requests in JIRA• Work within Agile delivery environments🔹 Required Skills & Experience:7+ years of Business Analyst experience5+ years of Reinsurance industry experienceStrong understanding of Reinsurance Underwriting, Claims, and/or AccountingExperience with requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and process documentationStrong hands-on experience in AgileInterested candidates can reach out to me at tanaya.pisal@aptino.com
