Our projects require hands-on coordination, real-time decision-making, and a team-first mindset.Who We Are HiringWe are hiring an experienced Project Manager who understands how to take ownership of a project from preplanning through execution and closeout.This is an on-site field position. The Project Manager - Concrete RestorationHas experience in the field of concrete restoration, repair and building envelope systems.Has led self performing hands-on field teams for at least 5 years.Understands project schedules, construction budgets, and construction documentation requirementsTakes accountability for results in the field and is a member of the companies management team.You should be comfortable managing multi faceted projects, sequences, scopes of work while managing up to 20+ leads and key personnel on active job sites.What You Will DoPreplanning & SetupReview contracts, drawings, and specificationsPerform structural and architectural plan readingBuild, update, distribute and drive project schedules using Microsoft ProjectSet up, manage and ensure project documentation in ProcorePlan labor, material, equipment, and sequencingLead meetings, organize activities and report project progress to stakeholdersWork in Place (Execution)Manage, assign and guarantee day-to-day field operations and work in place activitiesResponsible to make sure that the delivery of concrete restoration work is completed in alignment with plans and specificationsPlan, adapt and drive daily schedules accounting for delays, weather, trade coordination needs or changes.Enforce strong QA/QC processes with in-progress inspectionsManage and report labor productivity, onsite material handling, storage and utilization, manage equipment rentalsLead project meetings and communicate with with stakeholdersFinancial & Contract ManagementTrack budgets, costs, and forecastsManage change orders and pay applicationsEnsure compliance with contract requirementsMaintain accurate reporting and cost controlsCloseoutDrive punch list completion and final inspectionsDeliver closeout documents and warrantiesFinalize project financials and reportingWhat You Bring5+ years managing commercial concrete restoration or building envelope projectsStrong experience with:Concrete repair, waterproofing, and façade restorationScheduling, sequencing, and field coordinationManaging labor forces and field leadership teamsAbility to read and interpret structural plansExperience managing 20+ field personnel and key leadsProficiency in:ProcoreMicrosoft ProjectStrong understanding of budgets, cost control, and contractsHow to ApplyReply to this posting with:Your resumeA brief summary of your experience in concrete restoration or building envelope workProject List (scope, size, and your role)Qualified candidates will be contacted to discuss next steps.
