Location: Hybrid or RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeOverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Development Lead to guide a distributed engineering team and oversee multiple project streams for our cloud-based SaaS platform. This leader will ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across complex initiatives involving cross-functional developers, DevOps engineers, and product stakeholders. The ideal candidate is both a strong technologist and a clear, proactive communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment with multiple dependencies.In this role, you will partner closely with the VP of Product and VP of Engineering, anticipating the information and insights they need while ensuring your team is aligned, coordinated, and fully supported.
