Verve For Advertisers is a technology company that empowers brands and agencies to connect moments of discovery and drive measurable outcomes across screens.As part of Verve, we've unified the company's demand-side offering, bringing together the largest on-site search intent dataset outside of walled gardens, direct SDK integrations with top apps, alongside data partnerships with 3M+ websites and LLMs. Our technology captures both what consumers do and why they do it, delivering high-fidelity audiences, insights, and activation across premium omnichannel inventory.We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide technical support for our internal advertising application systems with a primary focus on supporting the operations of our revenue-generating applications. This mid-level contract role will work closely with internal customers including Operations (Production and Client Service), Product, Quality Assurance, and Application Development teams on systems support, application monitoring, and cloud infrastructure management across AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes environments. This position is a contract role and can work remotely anywhere in the US or outside of the US. They should be willing and open to collaborate with our US based engineering team during their business hours.Responsibilities IncludeProvide operational support for primary revenue-generating applications, participating proactively in incident resolutionRespond to support tickets and user inquiries with timely, effective solutionsMonitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues with applications and infrastructureDocument technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articlesCreate and maintain end user documentation for internal applicationsCollaborate with platform engineering team on incident response and system improvementsAssist with user onboarding and training on systems and cloud platform accessRequirements3-5 years of experience in technical support roleStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersStrong technical writing skills with experience creating user documentationFamiliarity with ticketing systems and ITSM processesFamiliarity with monitoring and reporting toolsPreferred Skills And ExperienceExperience with advertising technology platformsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP)Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) conceptsExperience creating and managing user accounts and permissionsExperience with container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)Hourly Rate: $25-35/hourWe’re open to allowing the right person to learn our industry on the job.
