Warehouse Associate

Job Description As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse and production operations by handling, organizing, and preparing materials and equipment. This role focuses on inventory movement, data entry, quality standards, and maintaining efficient workflow to meet production goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport warehouse and production operations by packaging, unpackaging, sorting, and staging materials and units.Prepare products and equipment for production processes in a timely and efficient manner.Perform accurate data entry into company systems using a PC.Operate in a high-speed, high-volume production environment while maintaining quality standards.Meet or exceed daily production goals of 80% or higher.Pull, move, and store equipment and/or parts within the warehouse.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Follow all quality and safety procedures to ensure satisfactory performance levels.Assist with inventory organization and material flow within the facility.Perform additional duties as assigned by management or supervision.Required Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred but not required.Forklift experience is a plus, with opportunity for pay increase upon certification.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.Good organizational and time management skills.Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
