Registered Nurse (RN) - Remote/Contract
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team as a 1099 contract/part-time Care Coach. This role will facilitate seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that patients receive a world-class patient experience through the BIOVERSE.Responsibilities:Provide individualized health coaching tailored to each patient's unique needs, preferences and circumstances, ensuring a world-class patient experience.Triage patient queries and adverse event reports, routing them to the patient’s physician or NP and/or medical leadership as appropriateProvide care using our custom EMR: answering patient’s basic medical questions within the nursing scope of practice, educating patients about their condition and treatment, counseling on lifestyle recommendations and holistic treatments, carry out standing ordersCommunicate clearly and empathetically to address patients' questions and concerns.Consistent utilization of protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistency in operations.Serve as a primary point of contact for patients using our telehealth services, providing support, guidance, and assistance throughout their healthcare journey.Foster effective communication and collaboration between patients, healthcare providers, and members of the BIOVERSE support team to help patients get the answers they need.Document patient care and guidance in the patients’ EHR in accordance with medical standards.Serve as a resource to the non-clinical Care Team in dealing with day-to-day clinical questions and concernsQualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) license.Diploma in nursing or related field.Previous experience in healthcare administration and/or patient coordination. Experience with Obesity Management, and/or Weight Management patients is a strong plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and effectively convey information.Proficiency in using telecommunication technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to patient advocacy, privacy, and confidentiality.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (HIPAA, etc.).At least 3 years of experience in direct patient care - telemedicine experience is a plusMust have valid license for the following states: FL,TX, IL, NJ, CA, and CAWe're Currently Looking For The Following Availability6 2-3-hour shifts Weekdays, plus one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday)Shifts must end around 6 PM, 7 PM, or 8 PM EST
