The ideal candidate brings a strong background in program management, business process optimization, and technical systems, with a passion for driving results through structure, communication, and cross-team coordination.Job Description and Requirements RoleResponsibilitiesLead and managetechnicalprograms that involve coordination acrossmultipledepartments.Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements and effectively communicate technical concepts back to business stakeholders.Develop andmaintainprogram documentation including project charters, JIRA tickets, dashboards, etc.Proactivelyidentifyandmitigaterisksand manage dependenciesto ensure program momentum andtimelydeliveryProvide clear, proactive communication on timelines, progress, and deliverables to program stakeholders and senior leadership.Navigate teams through uncertainty to achieve defined program outcomes.Establish success metricstoensure that programs deliver measurable businessvalueDocument current business processes andidentifyareas for efficiency.Define, implement, and promote standards and best practices for cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.Continuously seek opportunities tostreamlinesystemsleveraginginnovativetechnicalsolutionsPreferred QualificationsProven experience partnering with IT teams to deliver cross-functional initiativesHands-on experience working with SalesforceRegularlyutilizesJira and Confluence to manage projects and communicate status.Minimum Qualifications6-10years of experience managingprogramsAbility to workindependentlyand make decisions with minimal guidance and oversightStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data to guide decisionsAbility toinfluencecross-functional teams to work together toward common goalsCreatively navigates challenges to achieve outcomes, even in highly constrained ordifficult situationsExceptionalverbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and adapt effectively to different audiencesRelativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is betweenfollowing values:$115,000 and $173,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
