As we approach our 30th anniversary, we’re looking for a passionate and organized Program Director to take our programming to the next level! About the RoleLead impactful community nutrition and food access programs, reporting directly to the Executive Director. You’ll manage program staff, oversee program development, evaluate impact, and cultivate community partnerships. Join our team to make a real difference in food equity in New Orleans!You’ll: Direct and expand nutrition incentive and education programs Manage and mentor program staff, including SNAP-Ed and Market Match coordinators Develop relationships with local, state, and national stakeholders Maintain program consistency and compliance with grant requirements Participate in leadership meetings and fundraising eventsHave a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, public health, or a related field (Master’s preferred)Bring 5+ years of program planning and leadership experienceHave strong interpersonal, communication, and data analysis skillsCan balance strategic leadership with hands-on program managementAre comfortable with flexible work hours and reliable transportationBonus: Speak Spanish or Vietnamese!
