Production Assistants / Machine Helpers We are currently hiring production assistants / machine helpers to support production operations in a plastic manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for reliable individuals with a positive attitude who are eager to learn and grow in manufacturing. Candidates with basic manufacturing or machine operation experience are encouraged to apply. Extensive experience is not required. Responsibilities Assist with the production and packaging of plastic products Support machine operators during production runs Perform basic machine operation tasks as needed Inspect products for quality and defects Stack, label, and pack finished products Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow company safety and production procedures Work closely with team members and supervisors Requirements Basic manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally Good attendance and reliability Ability to work in a team environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ready to start your manufacturing career and grow with a strong team?
