This infrastructure enables us to deliver innovation, safety, and performance at every stage of the product lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesAdditional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Load and unload raw materials into production machinery to maintain continuous and efficient operationsInspect finished products at regular intervals to identify defects and ensure quality standards are metAccurately complete required production reports and data entries in a timely mannerStart up production lines and verify proper machine setup and functionalitySet up, adjust, and calibrate machinery in accordance with production specifications and standard operating proceduresVerify incoming materials for accuracy, quality, and readiness for production useTroubleshoot and resolve machine issues during operation to minimize downtimeFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work areaWork collaboratively with production, quality, maintenance, and material handling teams to support efficient workflowRequirements & QualificationsPrevious machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred; training will be provided for the right candidateWorking knowledge of production machinery and equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment issuesResults-driven, dependable, and self-motivated work ethicAbility to work effectively with cross-functional team membersDemonstrated problem-solving skills related to operational and maintenance issuesExperience performing quality control checks and completing required production reportingAbility to train or assist other employees as neededStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to understand and follow written and verbal work instructions in EnglishBasic math skills requiredMust be at least 18 years of agePerform additional tasks as assigned to support production operationsPhysical DemandsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shiftsAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basisFrequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twistingManual dexterity to operate machinery, tools, and controlsAbility to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detailAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and moving machineryRequired use of personal protective equipment, including steel-toe bootsWork EnvironmentWork is performed in a manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse environment.This role involves regular exposure to dust, laundry detergent odors, and elevated noise levels.Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed shoes must be worn as required.Work pace may be fast with frequent deadlines and shifting priorities.Regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery.Why Join Us?At Radienz Living, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality unit dose products trusted by leading brands.
