Role Description
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as our Lead Account Executive. You'll work directly with the founders to build, scale, and execute the sales function of HyperRep. If you're passionate about defining the playbook you execute and seeing direct results, this is the role.
The ideal candidate will excel at hunting and closing new business with mid to large-sized companies, is curious about solving real business problems, and is excited to build and refine scalable, repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and go-to-market motion.
Qualifications
Sales & Technical Skills:
Strong lead generation abilities through networking, outbound outreach, and relationship-building
Proven track record in enterprise sales with complex deal cycles
Experience selling CRM platforms, SaaS solutions, or AI tools
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships at the enterprise level
Consultative selling approach focused on understanding customer challenges
Strong listening skills and genuine curiosity about customer business models
Ability to educate and guide customers through technical solutions in accessible ways
Business & Product Acumen:
Quick learner who can understand AI/SaaS products and translate value to non-technical buyers
Comfortable discussing ROI, implementation timelines, and long-term business impact
Understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles and stakeholder management
Ability to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Patient, persistent follow-through that builds trust over time
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in moving, shipping/logistics, or waste management industries
Track record of high customer retention and account growth in enterprise accounts
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics
References from long-term customers who view you as a trusted partner

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
