Our mission is simple: to ensure happy and healthy patients, successful clinicians, and passionate partners through the least invasive and clinically proven treatments.MISSIONAs a GBT Expert / Sales Representative, you will report to the Western Manager - USA and be responsible for developing and managing professional relationships within Texas. Your role will focus on sales growth, product training, and customer engagement, ensuring EMS remains a leader in dental prevention solutions.You will engage with resellers, government and educational facilities, and end users, actively promoting and selling EMS products while providing high-level clinical training and support.TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIESSales & Business DevelopmentDrive sales within the Texas Area, ensuring market growth and EMS brand expansion.Actively visit existing clients and prospect new customers to sell and promote EMS’s product range.Establish and maintain long-term relationships with resellers, government, educational institutions, and key opinion leaders.Participate in congresses, exhibitions, and industry events to represent EMS and strengthen market positioning.Training & Product EducationProvide product training and demonstrations to resellers, government, and educational facilities, ensuring correct techniques and product functionality.Educate and motivate reseller sales teams and customer service staff on EMS products both initially and on an ongoing basis.Conduct clinical training sessions and workshops for clinicians on the use and benefits of EMS solutions.Distribute product support documents and ensure clients are well-informed on applications and techniques.Reporting & Market IntelligenceProvide monthly reports on sales performance, marketing events, orders/tenders, customer feedback, and competitor activities.Identify market trends and business opportunities, sharing insights with the EMS team.Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service offerings.Additional reporting or tasks may be assigned based on company needs.EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLSDental Hygienist with an active license Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in dental, medical, or healthcare industries.Experience managing B2B and B2C sales with resellers, distributors, and direct customers.Proven ability to drive sales and build long-term customer relationships.Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.Experience working with government and educational institutions is a plus.Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools to track sales and customer interactions.Ability to Travel 25-50% with some overnightFluent in English (mandatory). Valid US driver’s license required.
