AWS DevOps Engineer - Remote

AWS DevOps EngineerCGI has an immediate need for a MF AWS DevOps Engineer to join our financial services team in one of our selected CGI locations. Due to the current COVID-19 status, candidates will not be required to work within the physical work location at this time. When COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, they will be required to be located within the proximity of the assigned CGI location.Your future duties and responsibilitiesBuild and deploy CICD pipeline with multiple technologies like AWSMust be well versed in creating CI/CD pipelines, build docker containersParticipate in technical design and choose the right tools such as AWS, Tomcat, WebLogic, and Spring Boot applicationImplement standards, processes, and controls for release and deployment activities in DevOps spaceExperience in (Maven, ANT, Shell), CI (Jenkins, Hudson, UCD, UCR) and automation (VM Ware, Puppet, ServerSpec, Chef, etc.)Experience in writing Docker files & creating imagesRequired qualifications to be successful in this role8 - 10+ years of relevant experience in DevOpsHands-on experience in AWSExperience in Containers & Docker/KubernetesExperience in Jenkins, SVN, Git, Maven, Gradle, Nexus, UCD, and UCR or similarExperience in Urban Code Deploy/Release, XL Deploy/ReleaseExperience in AWS platform using CloudFormation, OpsWorksSkills with APM and Infrastructure and configuration scriptingUnix, Python, Groovy/Go Scripting experiencesExperience in Terraform/Ansible and Cloud Formation TemplateEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related fieldAWS Certification desired
