Title Clearance Coordinator/Curative

Currently, we have a Title Clearance/Title Curative opportunity with National Mortgage Company. This company provides excellent opportunities for career growth, a professional and collaborative work environment, and continuous skill development.This position is Hybrid role – 1 or 2 days a week in the office, then remote.The Title Clearance/Title Curative is responsible for the specific duties listed below.Your specific duties will include:Reviewing title commitments to determine items that must be cleared prior to closing.Working with borrowers, clients, and third parties to resolve issues such as liens, judgments, prior mortgages, vesting requirements, and discrepancies.Taking necessary steps to clear title issues in accordance with underwriter and state guidelines.Reviewing and managing the quality of daily progress reports.Participating in a phone queue to respond to inquiries from borrowers and clients. Required qualifications for the position include:High school diploma or equivalent.One (1) or more years of title clearance/curative experience.Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings.Recent, relevant experience from 2022 to the present. Pay Rate Range: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, DOE. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
