With new work releasing in the coming weeks, we are seeking driven, hands-on Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) professionals to join a growing team. We have multiple openings ranging from Entry-Level to Senior roles.This is a unique opportunity for professionals who thrive in operational environments and are eager to get "into the weeds" of OT systems while supporting high-impact government projects.Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesSignificant amounts of mechanical aptitude and related curiosityBachelors DegreeKnowledge and experience with the Whole Building Design Guide, Unified Facilities Criteria 4-010-06, and Unified Facilities Guide Specification 25 05 11Experience working with architect and engineering construction firms on new buildings and renovation of existing buildings.Ability to organize and perform on multiple projects with multiple customersSelf-starterGreat written and oral communication skills and customer service attitudeProject leadership experienceSome combination of the below Desired Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesDesired Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExperience performing integration with any or all of the following: building automation systems, electronic security systems, fire alarm, mass notification, lighting systems, etc.Experience securing the above systemsExperience in the "concrete rather than carpeted" side (i.e. industrial-type experience)Knowledge of Risk Management Framework, especially as used in the Department of War (DoW)Knowledge of microgrids, bulk power, oil and gas, and industrial control systemsOther RequirementsMust be able to obtain a DoW security clearance, at least at the Secret level but potentially up to the Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information levelOther DesiredAbility to work on-site full-time in Huntsville, Alabama strongly preferredBachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Cybersecurity preferredExisting Department of War security clearance at the Secret or higher levelExperience5 to 10+ yearsRelocation Assistance available: YesAdditional details:(On-site 5 days/week)Full-Time, Direct HireActive clearance preferred; Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible to obtain a clearance.Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.Why Join?Impact: Work directly on projects for the Office of the Secretary of Defense.Growth: Multiple positions available across experience levels (Entry, Mid, Senior).Support: Relocation budget is available for candidates moving to the Huntsville area.
