Training: Business Developer to Establish New Clients Patnership 30% weekly UNCapped CommissionPrevious experience as Account Manager with Manufacturing or DoD IndustriesMust be dedicated to connecting with companies.Responsible for identifying, prospecting and securing business opportunities to support new revenue growth.Remote PartnershipUncapped Commission Territories: Huntsville / CullmanTake priority in building partnerships with clients, and ensuring that each placement is the right fitDeveloping and implementing sales strategies for new account clientsPlan, conduct and follow up on sales activitiesAchieving profit resultsDescription:• Build and Develop account sales plans/approaches to target accounts to secure new business• Conduct prospect account sales.• Close the sale and inform about the client solutions• Support driving sales closure to shorten sales cycle and ensure sales goals and objectives are met• Analyze prospect requirements and needs to meet the client needs and resolve their problems• Respond quickly to all customer and prospect inquiries and needs• All other duties that may arise to ensure the successful operation of the companyQualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent experience required• Previous business development experience including developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, presentations, closing techniques and making sales• At least 3 years proven outside direct sales experience with focus in consultative solution-oriented sales approaches• Ability to understand and accurately apply basic math skills• Ability to demonstrate success working in a fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline-oriented environment• Self-motivated with exhibited sense of urgency in all sales and service related activitySend Resume Today
