We are currently hiring a Procurement Analyst to support our growing business and ensure our procurement operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with how the business operates. Our Procurement team partners closely with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to enable operational efficiency, manage risk, and uncover cost-saving opportunities. You're comfortable operating in some ambiguity, but you bring structure, follow-through, and clarity to your work. Procurement Operations Support the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, ticket management, and purchasing activities Manage supplier onboarding and offboarding, contract tracking, and related documentation Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and audit requirements Maintain accurate procurement records and supporting documentation Analysis & Reporting Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to improve spend and process visibility Support data-driven insights and continuous process improvements Systems & Process Improvement Support and maintain procurement systems and tools Assist with workflow configuration, testing, and documentation of system changes Help implement and drive adoption of process and system improvements across teams Create and maintain SOPs and internal documentation Stakeholder Support & Enablement Partner with Finance, Legal, and business teams to gather requirements and support procurement initiatives Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for procurement system users Act as a point of contact for resolving day-to-day process and system issues Balance stakeholder needs, system capabilities, and operational priorities to deliver practical solutions You'll bring: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 13 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related analytical role Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products; experience with ERP or procurement systems is preferred Strong systems-thinking mindset with natural curiosity about tools and processes Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfort working in evolving environments while maintaining structure and follow-through Strong communication skills with the ability to translate needs and solutions across teams We offer: Competitive compensation Full health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance) Paid time off, paid holidays, and paid volunteer time Company-matched 401(k) Tuition reimbursement Employee resource & diversity groups Charitable gift matching Job-required equipment and services provided Progressive Leasing welcomes and encourages diversity in the workplace.
