You'll identify and analyze business needs, optimizing processes with cutting-edge ERP applications. We're looking for someone with a strategic IT vision, strong business sense, and the talent to turn complex technical requirements into innovative, efficient business solutions. Make a tangible impact and drive our success!ResponsibilitiesSit on global leadership team for ARO business unit and guide senior leaders on IT related strategies and plans. Partner with other segment IT business partners to drive maximum performance across segment and ensure alignment with strategic IT targets. Provide strategic IT counsel to ARO business unit, offering recommendations and solutions for enhancing business processes through ERP module(s).Research business requirements, develop detailed specifications, and validate ERP solutions with business stakeholders.Communicate business stakeholder needs to the ERP development team by translating business requirements into ERP module requirements.Lead upcoming IT related initiatives including but not limited to ERP migration, CRM implementation, and other operational related systems initiatives. Validate solutions before implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives. Address difficult and complex problems faced within the IT landscape.Serve as an escalation point for complex tickets, providing guidance and support to resolve technical issues.Provide oversight on project solution delivery, including the development of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.Manage process governance by reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals and ensuring adherence to change control and audit requirements.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree (required) in Information Technology or related field.8+ years of experience in IT for a global organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.Travel & Work Arrangements/RequirementsHybrid work arrangement Up to 20% travel based on business needsValid PassportUS Citizen or lawful Permanent ResidentKey CompetenciesProficiency in IT environments such as Oracle ABAP/SAP, SAPSQ01.
