Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.What's In It For YouThis position will support the Trane Technologies Incentive Compensation Management Solutions team by assisting with day‑to‑day operations and ongoing initiatives. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, supporting monthly processing activities, developing and maintaining process documentation, performing system testing, and providing training and guidance to field teams.What You Will DoProduction incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination.Assist with coordinating and performing software release testing and regression testing.Coordination with all internal teams, external teams, and interfacing with business leads.Assist with handling monthly processes related to Sales & Incentive Compensation.Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teams for implementation.Create / Update user documentation for business processes.Identify process improvements regarding specific business processes.Conduct data analysis related to compensation variables.What You Will BringBachelor’s degree in business information systems, computer science or related discipline required plus 2-3 years of experience with production level supportKnowledge of Software Development Lifecycle - RequiredExperience with Microsoft Office Suite - RequiredExperience with incident management software - RequiredInformatica ETL – Good to haveExperience working with SQL - RequiredSAP Commission Experience – Good to haveExperience performing system application testing - PreferredExperience performing system administration duties - PreferredMust be able to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Must have ability to work well in a team environment.Data analysis knowledge.Annual Base Salary Range Or Hourly Base Pay Range$56,300.00 - $80,255.00Compensation TypeSalaryIncentive EligibleNoSales Commission EligibleNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
