What You'll Do as an Assembler: Assemble components and finished products using hand, power, and air toolsFollow manufacturing orders, blueprints, and written or verbal instructions accuratelyVerify correct parts, materials, and hardware before and during assemblyUse measuring tools to ensure proper fit, alignment, and product accuracyPerform visual inspections to confirm products meet quality standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shiftComply with all safety policies, procedures, and production guidelinesSupport other departments and perform additional duties as assignedWhat You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role: High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not requiredAbility to learn tools, processes, and quality standards through on-the-job trainingAbility to read and follow instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing documentationAbility to safely work in a production/manufacturing environmentAbility to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive motionsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 75 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodationsAbility to bend, reach, kneel, squat, and perform physical tasks as neededWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
