You will partner closely with leaders to understand needs, identify talent early, and maintain pipelines that keep hiring moving forward—and help ensure new team members are set up for long-term success.SummaryThe Recruiter manages the full-cycle hiring process and serves as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates.This role leads recruiting from intake and sourcing through offer, while also supporting pipeline development, community partnerships, hiring initiatives, and early retention efforts aligned with business needs.The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, accountable, and forward-thinking, with a focus on quality of hire, long-term fit, and new hire success.When recruiting demand is lower, this role supports broader HR projects and initiatives.Essential ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Talent AcquisitionManage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offerPartner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, skillsets, and team fitSource, screen, and manage candidates through the hiringprocessDrive timelines and maintain consistent communicationEnsure a positive and professional candidate experiencePipeline Development, Hiring Initiatives & RetentionBuild and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needsLead hiring initiatives aligned to business prioritiesSource talent through recruiting platforms, referrals, networking, social media, community outreach, etc.Create and foster relationships with schools, trade programs, and community partnersSupport employer branding effortsRecruiting EffectivenessEvaluate and improve sourcing approachesSupport hiring managers on candidate quality and hiring decisionsIdentify opportunities to improve early-stage retention of new hiresEnsure recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment lawsHR Projects & SupportPartner with managers to create and maintain job descriptions across the organizationSupport HR initiatives and projects as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Leadership or related field preferred3–5 years of recruiting experienceFull-cycle recruiting experienceStrong communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with strong ownership and follow-throughProficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS systemsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismWillingness to travel as needed (estimated 10-20%)Preferred CharacteristicsProactive and results-drivenStrong customer service orientationAbility to build relationships across all levelsBrings new ideas and recruiting approachesAdaptable and team-oriented
