If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines, medical and/or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources.ResponsibilitiesEmotional and Spiritual CounselorProfessional and Departmental DevelopmentStaff Support ResourceQualifications* Bachelor's Degree The Associate Chaplain will meet the minimum educational requirement of a Bachelors degree and be in pursuit of a Master of Divinity (if not completed) or equivalent related degree. The Associate Chaplain will have taken a minimum of one or two units of Clinical Pastoral Education.
