Non ProfitAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a Senior Director for Member Engagement. This pivotal role involves leading the strategy and execution of a capability focused on developing and maintaining membership within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the unique needs and priorities of each member, defining and executing member engagement strategies, and ensuring the success of key member company roles. Collaboration is key, as the role requires working closely with the company's leadership team and member company leaders to design and implement effective engagement plans. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a biopharmaceutical company, member-based association, or industry consortia, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management. They should be a strategic thinker, a successful collaborator, and possess strong communication skills to lead to successful outcomes.Key requirements for this role include a minimum BS degree, a solid understanding of clinical research and development processes, and experience in a biopharmaceutical R&D organization. The candidate should have a proven track record in stakeholder engagement and management, project management, and a collaborative spirit that fosters both maintaining existing relationships and building new ones. Proficiency in change management, project management, stakeholder management, and communications is essential, as is the ability to think both strategically and operationally. The role also requires strong problem-solving skills, a process improvement mindset, and the ability to manage ambiguity to develop clear, informed strategies. The Senior Director will be expected to represent the company and its work to member company audiences, and to own the member development strategy from identification of new members through onboarding.Travel Percent
