Maintenance Technician

Soelect has developed an advanced lithium metal composite anode that, when combined with a solid-state or liquid electrolyte, significantly increases energy density, power and safety while also lowering manufacturing costs through our patented material design and proprietary processes. Position Brief · Maintenance Technician (Entry Level)/Engineering Department · Contractor Position: Up to XX hrs per week / FT Position: 40hrs per week / On-site / Greensboro, NC. · Safe, Clean, and Dust Free Work Environment · Compensation: Annual Salary Up to $43,888 based on experiences Qualifications CNC Mill, Lathe, Plasma Table Maintenance Office/facility maintenance · Familiarity with industrial mechanical and electrical systems is a plus. Basic math entry level algebra Knowledge of a wide range of hand and power tools. · Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. · Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. · Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. · Strong work ethic and a dedication to safety. Roles & Responsibilities Maintenance of CNC and manual equipment. Assist with Office and facility maintenance Quality Assurance of production Conduct facility maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to guarantee the well-being of all team members. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
