Maintenance Technician
Perform routine repairs and complete Preventive Maintenance, troubleshoot equipment and machinery to prevent downtime, and maximize production time and output. Implement pro-active repairs based on issues identified during daily observations.Responsibilities: Make repairs and adjustments, and assist in routine maintenance as necessary.Conduct tests and inspections on equipment and instrumentation per the Preventive Maintenance program, maintaining proper documentation.Respond to any requests for support on repairs and projects from the Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Manager, and/or other Maintenance staff.Take part in training and staff development activities.Install and test machinery and equipment.Inform relevant employees on the status/progress of ongoing maintenance projects.Operate a variety of hand and power tools.Build, repair, and modify hand assembly machinery.Perform Welding operations as necessary.Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly PM tasks and complete reportsTroubleshoot PLCs, servo drives, etc.Attend machine improvement meetings, and be open to any changes deemed necessary by management.Read and understand blueprints, schematics, plans, and service manuals.Accountable for adhering to Company Safety Guidelines such as Lockout/Tagout, and utilizing proper proscribed PPE.Understand and adhere to established company policies and procedures.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: 401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
