This role focuses on selling our insurance licensing and compliance SaaS platform to agents, agencies, carriers, Managing General Agents (MGAs), and other insurance distribution models. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance compliance, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to engage with potential clients and close deals.Qualifications and Requirements3+ years of B2B sales experience in the software technology and insurance industry, preferably in licensing, compliance, or related solutions.Experience selling SaaS products required or Enterprise Sales experience. And Full sales Cycle experience is a must Strong understanding of insurance licensing processes, compliance regulations, and industry organizations (NAIC, NIPR).Proven ability to deliver effective product demos and sales presentations.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance sector.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their licensing and compliance needs.Follow up with potential and past leads to convert them into customers.Experience selling into the insurance industry (agencies, carriers, MGAs)Background in compliance, regulatory, fintech, or workflow automation softwareUnderstanding of insurance licensing or regulatory environmentsExperience attending industry conferences or trade eventsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.Ability to travel occasionally for industry events and client meetings.
